Presence is the first architecture of coherence.

2. Truth organises.
When truth enters a system, it aligns what is fragmented
and dissolves what does not belong.
Leadership begins with clearing distortion
because life expands wherever truth is allowed to breathe.

3. Coherence generates growth.

Where relationships are clean,
responsibility is shared,
and purpose is aligned,
growth appears naturally.
